About Griffith College Cork

On June 1st 2005, Skerry’s Cork Business School merged with Griffith College Dublin. We are looking forward to exciting times ahead – and we hope you will share them with us.

Griffith College Dublin was established in 1974 and has a student population of approximately 8,000. Courses are offered in the Faculties of Business and Finance, Journalism, Law, Design and Computing Science in the Dublin campus.

Skerry’s has been at the forefront of education in Cork since 1884, and has a long history of providing quality education. We look forward to continuing this tradition as Griffith College Cork.

Diarmuid Hegarty is the President of Griffith College, Chairman of the Higher Education Colleges Association (HECA), Chairman of the Friends of the Vocal Arts, Chairman of the Las Adelfas Hotel partnership and Vice-Chairman of the Ireland Pakistan Business Council. In 2002 he was appointed by the government of Pakistan as Honorary Consul.
